The design process is based on the information you provide during our phone consult. The service includes 2 custom mood-boards with product recommendations and links, delivered as a one-time service. Once designs are delivered, additional revisions or ongoing advice are not included. Due to the nature of the personalised design, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

I want you to feel completely happy. I take care to create mood-boards based on what we discuss during our consultation. While this is a custom service and revisions are not included after delivery, if something minor needs adjusting, we can chat.
