SMART ROOM PACKAGE - WHAT TO EXPECT

1. One Quick Chat
I will begin with a 20-minute phone consultation (or email if you prefer) to understand your needs and style preferences. I will also request clear images of your space (and a floor plan if you have one).

2. Tailored Questionnaire
After our chat I will send you a short questionnaire to gather additional details.

3. Secure Your Smart Room Package‍
‍Once the questionnaire is complete you will receive an invoice for AUD$500 per room. Full payment is required before I begin. This ensures I can dedicate my time and focus to crafting a tailored solution for your space.

4. Smart Room Package Inclusions
With this package you will receive 2 moodboards per room, along with a shopping list and product links.
Please note: If you are using an E-Design Gift Certificate, you will be entitled to an additional moodboard, offering even more inspiration and options for your space. 5. Smart Room Package Plus (Optional Add On)
‍Enhance your experience with the Smart Room Package Plus by adding written advice. This service provides practical tips and guidance on arranging and implementing the selected products, ensuring you maximise your space with confidence. Available for AUD$300 per room (excluding Gift Certificates).

‍Terms of Service
Full payment is required upfront to secure your project. The design process is based on the information you provide during the consultation. The service includes 2 custom moodboards with product recommendations and links, delivered as a one-time service. Once designs are delivered, additional revisions or ongoing advice are not included. Due to the nature of the personalised design, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

What if you are not completely satisfied with the design?
I take care to create a design that reflects your unique style and the needs we discuss during our consultation. I want you to feel completely happy.  While this is a custom service and revisions are not included after delivery, if there something minor that needs adjusting, I will do my best to help. My priority is making sure you love your design and feel supported throughout the process and beyond.
