The design process is based on the information you provide during our phone consult. The service includes 2 custom mood-boards with product recommendations and links, delivered as a one-time service. Once designs are delivered, additional revisions or ongoing advice are not included. Due to the nature of the personalised design, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

Upfront payment guarantees your project is prioritised and allows me to provide my full attention to your design. My process is transparent, ensuring you receive it in a timely manner.
What if you are not completely satisfied with the design?
I want you to feel completely happy. I take care to create mood-boards based on what we discuss during our consultation. While this is a custom service and revisions are not included after delivery, if something minor needs adjusting, we can chat. My priority is making sure you feel in touch and supported online throughout the process.
